My family background is rather unconventional. My heritage has some wonderful stories to explore and tell. There are some complex parts of my family history I’m still learning about, and I am devoted to writing it down for scholars, entertainment, and future generations who are intrigued to know more.

NB: Our immediate family names are entered under the Mostyn Barony, Burks Peerage 1952, and the le Strange Family is listed independently as well.

My Grandmother was Viola le Strange (m. Rev. George Astley Meakin). Her dear brother Hamon le Strange (1904-1993) succeeded as Heir to the Hunstanton Estate in 1958, just 8 years before I was born. He found himself to be the first Heir residing outside the ancestral home of Hunstanton Hall, following it’s auction in 1949.
